Securing Land & Getting Started
The custom home construction process at Metzler Home Builders typically begins after the client has secured the property of their future home. As part of our pre-construction process, we can be available to provide basic feasibility studies on potential lots you may be interested in. Typically, we recommend that you work with a realtor to search for land, or simply search on your own, as you have access to many of the same avenues that we do to search for available land.
