The spacious pantry, laundry and informal entry allow for productivity to remain hidden and the first floor primary suite and guest room offer long term solutions for generations to come.

Energy efficiency and durability are at the core of the home’s design. High-performance construction techniques including increased air sealing to meet Passive House (PHIUS) standards and quality insulation materials ensure that the home remains comfortable year-round. Passive heating and cooling design was implemented through overhangs, strategically placed windows, and rain-screened siding and roofing. Using this approach created a blanket of secondary protection against moisture and water intrusion, while passively cooling the house.
